Vidak was selected as the preferred supplier through a competitive tender process. Following the process Vidak worked with Warren & Mahoney, TSA and KPMG to resolve furniture schedules and confirm programme for a stage delivery within a relatively shortime frame.
Delivery
44 Bowen Street is a new build and construction environment. The deliveries needed to be coordinated to not impact any of the major fit out works or clash with other trades, so it was agreed that Vidak deliveries would occur during the week after hours. This resulted in close liaison between Vidak, TSA and main contractor (LT McGuinness) to stage delivery over two floors in back to back weeks. Care needed to be taken as delivery to Level 5 was through the recently completed front of house client space, with a number of feature finishes to walls anf floors. This was achieved by working with and managing a specialist delivery partner who ensured complete deliveries could be made as required.
Installation
Installation was completed during normal working hours. Vidak’s dedicated Project Manager was responsible for the management of the installation, which was occurring during the construction of the building. Our dedicated installation team completed the installation within a 3 week period to allow for IT set up and testing and client occupation from October 2024
